My practice
Art, bodywork and attentive care
Lauren Baylor uses her background in Bodywork, Breathwork and Fine Art to assist clients in healing and exploring the Inner Landscape. Lauren holds a BA in Fine Art and spent years working alongside sculptors until a back injury led her to explore the body differently, from the inside out.
Her wellness training began with intuitive massage through the Medicine Wheel tradition, followed by a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Reiki and breathwork. Her understanding of the complexity of pain allows for deep attentiveness and compassionate enquiry with each of her clients.
She worked for years in established wellness practices in Sydney, including the award-winning Nature's Energy Day Spa, Kavanah Care and Kaizen. She has brought her diverse training and experience back home to Ireland.
