Therapeutic Massage
Remedial massage techniques focused on areas of tension, recurring discomfort and muscular restriction. A practical, attentive approach to supporting the body and its recovery.
Intuitive Massage
A flowing treatment combining therapeutic touch with intuitive awareness. The session responds to what your body is communicating, creating space to soften tension and reconnect with yourself.
Lymphatic Drainage
Gentle, rhythmic techniques designed to support the movement of lymph and encourage a sense of lightness and ease in the body.
Reiki
A quiet, hands-on energy treatment offering space to rest, receive and reconnect. Reiki can be deeply calming and restorative, particularly when you are feeling depleted, overwhelmed or simply in need of stillness.
Tailored Combination
Not sure what you need? You don't have to decide beforehand. Lauren can weave different approaches together during your session, creating a treatment around what feels most supportive on the day.
